Water Is a Women’s Issue, an international collaboration, premiered the work of students from the Flathead Nation at the 2019 Photoville Festival in New York City. One of a series of partnerships with the Lower Eastside Girls Club of NYC, the "Water" show featured the work of students from across the U.S. and Mexico. Four students from A VOICE who contributed to the project -- Michael Bolen, Odessa Kenmille, Brittany Morgieau, and Chandra Whiteman-LaForge -- traveled to NYC to introduce and speak about their work at the Festival's opening.
