Harold T. Judd serves as A VOICE President. Harry has known David Spear for 60 years, starting when they were Boy Scouts together and David was an acolyte at the church where his father was a priest.  When David asked Harry to provide legal support for A VOICE, there was no way he could refuse, even though he lives in New England.  Harry is a lawyer with a practice advising utility companies and state governments developing renewable energy.  His appreciation for what David and Jill are doing is influenced by the years he and his wife lived in Micronesia where they experienced some of the same challenges existing today on the Reservation. Harry is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity and has served on a number of local boards and commissions, including continuing to be active with his local Scout Troop, which now has boys and girls as Scouts.  A VOICE is committed to helping shape the lives of young people, and Harry remains committed to supporting David in that goal.
